Million Link was granted ISO 9001:2008 at the year 2009, and has since upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 respectively.
1. General requirements of the quality management system: The company establishes a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the GB/T19001-2016/idtISO9001:2015 standard, forms a document, implements and maintains it, and continuously improves it.
To this end the company ensures:
a) Identify the processes required by the quality management system, and determine the sequence and interaction of these processes.
b) Determine the criteria, methods and necessary resources required for effective process control.
c) Measure, control and analyse these processes to ensure the planned results and continuous improvement.
d) When the supplier provides the company with services such as product production, equipment maintenance, product transportation, testing, training, etc., it is an outsourcing process, and these outsourcing processes have been identified and controlled.
2. Quality Management System Documents
a) In accordance with the requirements of the GB/T19001-2016/idtISO9001:2015 standard and the actual situation of the company, appropriate documents have been compiled to make the quality management system operate effectively.
b) The company's quality management system documents include:
i. Quality manual (including the control content that must be carried out in the applicable chapters of the quality system regulations such as quality policy and quality objectives)
ii. Procedure files (including procedures required to realize each chapter of the quality manual)
iii. Operating documents (including implementation rules required to realize the program documents)
iv. Quality records (including the forms required to implement the rules to record the implementation process)
